During registration or at any time thereafter, we may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as recent utility bills or bank statements showing your current address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and actions performed using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify kopi4d customer support immediately.
kopi4d accepts deposits through major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds during business hours. You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your Account balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 require completed KYC verification before processing.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00 to 21:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage betting, hedging, using multiple Accounts, or coordinating with other players will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, as well as potential Account suspension.
Different game categories contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10% to 20%, sports betting contributes 100% (minimum odds restrictions may apply), and table games contribute 5% to 10%. All sports bets are governed by the official rules of the respective sport and betting market. In football betting, for example, bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless the bet specifically requires them. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kopi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for maintenance or other legitimate business reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws applicable to online gambling operations serving the Indonesian market. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
